This recipe is from Allene, a friend in the neighborhood. We had it at a young women activity. It is yummy.
Anne's Ice Cream Rice Krispie Treat
In a bowl add
2 cups rice krispies
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup corn syrup
mix well. Put in an 8x8 pan.
Spread
1/2 gallon of softened ice cream
on top of krispie mixture and re-freeze.
You can double the recipe to fit a 9x13 pan.
