Another recipe from an old friend.
Heather Knowlton's Mac-n-Cheese Sauce
In a small pot melt
2 TB butter
2 TB flour
stir around a few seconds
whisk in
1 cup milk
then stir in
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
after the cheese melts pour sauce over noodles and enjoy!
