I have tried a few turkey recipes, this is the best by far. I use Pioneer Woman's Roasted Thanksgiving Turkey brine recipe, then I stuff the turkey with Alton Brown's aromatics recipe and cook it according to Alton's recipe. The flavor is out of this world and it is extremely moist.
